The free daily gazette contains commercial and civil court judgments from courts throughout Queensland. It also inludes the ASIC weekly report of company windup applications, appointments of administrators, meetings
and deeds of company arrangements.

This information is collected daily by BMA from court records provided electronically from the Magistrates Court and from a report obtained from ASIC listing all external insolvency records included in the 519 listings.

The daily gazette is compiled into the full weekly publication and is emailed to members and is also accessible from the members webpage.

Included in the annual membership is free access to the data stored on record that has been publised over the last five year period. This is a quick, easy and inexpensive wat to check on past payment habits and bad debtors.
